I called them about my baby and they told me to come in and I would be a walk in and well at this point I was willing to wait if they could see my Fuzz and when I got there the lady up front came around and checked my baby and then said I’ll take him right back now! And I knew his time was coming to and end but when the Dr came back and told me I still wasn’t ready for the news! But she talked to me and explain things and gave me the choice to do what was best for my baby! I did not want him to suffer! The hardest thing I’ve ever done but they brought him into the room and let me send as much time as I needed with him and to say my good byes ! Everyone there was very thoughtful and sweet and when they got him back they called me and were all very nice when I went to pick his ashes up! I wo

We’ve been bringing our two cats to Cabarrus Animal Hospital for several years, and they’ve always provided outstanding care. Most recently, our kitten Winnie began experiencing urinary and cardiac issues, and the entire team went above and beyond to help her. They were incredibly responsive, compassionate, and thorough keeping us informed every step of the way and treating Winnie as if she were their own. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about the animals and the families who love them. My dog was ill with cancer and it was terminal and while everyone there the Drs , the assistants and women at the front were great , I really want to send a special thankyou to Dr M Ball . She was there from beginning to end and I couldnt ask for a more caring Dr , she really made a difference for not only us but for Mason who when it was time went peacefully and relaxed Thankyou so much Dr Ball !!!!

Doctors and staff are professional, friendly and love animals. It makes such a huge difference when that is the case. I absolutely recommend this for all your pet needs. The hours are convenient and prices for all the services are very reasonable!!!
