Rochester Pet & Country Store

I had a great experience at this Rochester pet store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to shop. They had a good selection of food, supplies, and accessories, and everything looked well cared for. It’s a reliable place for pet needs, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Took my recently rescued Miniture Schnauzer Albert in for his grooming. Karen did a fantastic job on him! Highly recommend her for all your grooming needs!

We have a 13 year old hound mix named Cindy. She had gotten sick with intestinal issues and we took her to the vet who ruled out a bacterial infection. We were trying everything to get her better and it wasn't working. We then went to Rochester feed and pet to see if they had any ideas. As soon as we walked in and spoke with Netta, she knew the problem. She looked at Cindy and said she has a chicken allergy. She recommended a new food, gave us a sample and within two days we had our happy, healthy girl back. She has improved so much. Netta and her staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Couldn't recommend them more.

Visited the store this afternoon to pick up dog/bird food. While they wheeled my purchase out to my car one of the packages unknowingly fell off in the parking lot (neither of us noticed) and therefore did not make it home with me. I called them and they apologized for the problem and made arrangements to deliver it yet this afternoon. The delivery arrived a few moments ago along with several complimentary packages of dog treats and a chew toy for our dog. Now that is service above and beyond !! Thanks you guys ... I greatly appreciate your high level of customer care.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable on all of the products they offer. If there's something you need and they don't have it, they'll either tell you where you can get it or order it in for you. The best trainers, groomers, and pet food store in town!
