Well worth every penny that you spend! Jeff did great work on the install and teaching me how to train my dogs to the system. Not even 2 weeks into having the fence and I am confident they will not cross the fence. Jeff makes himself available ANYTIME you have questions or concerns. If you are looking for a fence, talk with Jeff you will not be disappointed. 100% recommend!

I called with a trip in wire that was later found to be due to Metronet digging my yard as well as a prior owner messing around with the invisible fence in odd ways. Jeff came immediately the next day (wow) and to top it not only resolved all the issues for me but helped me install what was initially just a back yard invisible fence into a full yard fence. So grateful I had them come and check as I never could have solved myself but now it’s up and running and working great! So helpful with tips for how to set it up, new ideas and recommendations for how they would set it up, and cheap rates. 10/10 recommend.

We just had Jeff Barnett install Pet Stop invisible fence for our 3 dogs 10 days ago. Jeff was on time, gave great instructions, responded promptly to questions. We have two 8 month old puppies and one 2 year old golden retriever (she has roamed the neighborhood dog for 2 years, walking with anyone that walks by). We carefully did just what Jeff taught us. The dogs progressed quickly. Today was the big test. The Golden's neighborhood playmate came by - our dog stood within our fence and even when the playmate came into the yard, the two dogs played and our dog stayed in the yard when the playmate left. SUCCESS! Thank you Jeff for such good service and good, easy instructions.

Jeff Barnett of Pet Stop Rochester is one of the kindest people I've ever met. He is super willing to help with every aspect of the install and is very informative. Even after the install is done, he won't leave you hanging! Always there to help and I am super satisfied! I even forgot my collars one morning, dogs were still in the yard when I got home. Checked the my security cameras, they never left! This system is the best out there!

Jeff from PetStop is awesome! From setup to training to maintenance he takes care of it all. We set up our invisible fence a few years ago, and are training a new dog on the fence. He came out this week to put up flags, gave us a new collar and got us set up for training, free of charge. I would recommend PetStop to anyone in the Rochester area!!! Thanks Jeff!
