We’re transplants from a national chain and so happy to be new customers. All levels of staff are so kind and informative. Communication is consistent and clear, surroundings are spotless and clean and — again — the staff are smart and happy! Dump the national brand (where we really felt like just a number) and get local! We’re Med City customers for life!

Dr. MANNIX IS AMAZING! I would highly recommend taking your animals here! He helped me get my very sick bunny back to health years ago & now he sees my Doodle Bentley! His team is also so professional and kind. They truly care here and you can tell the second you walk through the door.

Update: Two years later and I still love this place! They work well together and are an enjoyable place to bring my pet. It is obvious how much they care for each pet that paws through the doors. I highly recommend! Very friendly, thorough and kind. I was excited to try this clinic for my pet and they did not disappoint.

Dr. Mannix and his team are unsurpassed! Absolutely amazing care and very patient (with their patients AND with the humans!) They provide exceptional care to our companion animal. We take our 3 little dogs to Med City Animal Hospital and are very pleased with the care they receive from everybody we encounter there. We had been to 4 other vet clinics here (2 in Rochester and 2 in surrounding areas) but didn't find the best clinic for us until we came to Med City a couple years ago. This is the right place for us! The care is exceptional and the staff are professional, personable and kind. It is clear they love animals! Good people doing good work.
