The carpet is great. The service was not. Came to install carpet in our upstairs and was 20 feet too short after pulling up all the old carpet. Had enough to do 70% of it and had to place another order for the rest. This was on a Saturday - so I waited for a call on Monday to let me know about the order for the rest of the carpet. No call - I had to call them. On Tuesday our salesman was back in the office (Wayne). I thought for sure he would call and touch base - just to let me know he is aware of the problem. No call from him, either. Again, I called to follow up. Took about 12 days to get the rest of the carpet installed. Mistakes happen - but the lack of communication was frustrating. Potomac Tile & Carpet is my go-to place for flooring in my home. They have a great selection of flooring, and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The flooring installers are very professional and efficient. The are careful with your furniture and leave the area clean when they are done with the job. I highly recommend Potomac Tile & Carpet.

Scott was great, patient. He took his time and figured out our needs, wants and desires. Made various recommendations to make sure that our decision was to our satisfaction. Very professional.
