Pooch Parlor and kitty too

This was our first time to Pooch Parlor and we are so happy to say that our pup had a great visit! She came out with a nice, clean cut, perfectly trimmed nails, super soft coat and she was completely dry and well brushed! We watched her shake her fur this morning in the house (the next day) and LOVED that we didn't see any excess fur flying off of her like it normally does. Melissa did a FANTASTIC job and we'll be back for more visits soon. You've earned a longtime customer from us and our fur baby. Thank you!!

We come from Woodburn just to have Melissa groom our dogs. She does the best of all the groomers we've tried and the dogs just love her!!!

We have been bringing our 16 year old Maltese to Pooch Parlor for a few years now. Every time we drop him off, the girls are sure to make us feel better about leaving him. And he always looks so handsome and smells so nice when we pick him up. I highly recommend this place!

This was the worst experience I ever had here with my dog companion. The owner burned and clipped on his belly too close to the skin. My poor dog has been very depressed for days now and very disoriented and afraid. These people should not have a license to groom animals when they are not paying close attention to what they are doing. This is definitely animal abuse and should not be permitted. And to not even notice what she did and not notify me of it was bad. I understand we all make mistakes but people let’s take responsibility for them. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Was seen by a veterinarian and confirmed this.

1000% recommend. I reached out to pooch parlor due to my prior groomer keeping my dogs for 6+ hours, not calling me when they were done, scolding me for my dogs mats (they're Shih tzu's, they get matted. Thats how it is.) My prior groomer had the worst customer service. It got to the point where I didn't want to give my dog to the groomer. These ladies at pooch parlor only had my dog for a little over an hour, they treated him like he was at home. He wasn't terrified after leaving. His groom looks awesome. His hair is all the same length, no awkward places. I am happy to say pooch parlor will forever have my service. And i will be recommending them to all pet owners.
