Copper Creek Mercantile

Great experience buying pine pellets for my new kitties. I was confused about where to go looking at the feed outside. The owner came out to check on me, grabbed the bag himself, and brought it out to my car all while talking to me about the new cat dad experience and what to do with the pellets. Now, I can't reasonably expect that all the time, but I can tell there's heart at this store. I'd recommend for anyone in need of animal supplies for animals big and small. (They have plenty of other things for cats on the far side of the front counter, btw)

We absolutely love coming here!!! Staff is great and informative. We changed food for our dog and it was perfect for her!! Not to mention we bought a raincoat for our Chihuahua and she looks great and works perfect. It dumped rain on us in Pacific city i’m so glad you guys had a coat!!! I have never had a bad experience here. They have the most friendly and accommodating customer service. My wife goes there often for pet food with our small kids and they always help carry the dog food to the register and load it in our vehicle. We are always greeted with a smile and look forward to our next visit.

Went here the first time today! The staff were super helpful and kind! We are from beaverton but visiting family now I want to drop by here everytime we visit to get supply for our pup!
