Never had or seen a bad experience with small mammals here. Everyone I know he’s gotten a pet from here has had them for at least 1 to 2 years. Got mine today and he seems pretty healthy. Highly recommend if there’s no ethical breeders in your area :) After losing my cat I decided to go back to small mammals permanently and this location (Keizer) happens to be closest to me. So will be coming here for my future companions as time goes on. I named the hamster in the photo Asher in case anyone wants to know his name :D

I was really dismayed today when I called to complain about the haircut that my Yorkie received. They disregarded several of the things that I asked to be done and I debated about calling at all but finally decided that I would. This is the first time I have called and they said that I had complained several times and that they were gonna sever my ability to bring my dog in anymore. The only things I’ve complained about in the past or the fact that they discount program that I’ve paid for Was constantly being dropped and then when I would come in they would say I didn’t have it. I would have to start all over again. I don’t recall ever complaining about his haircuts because they’ve usually been pretty good. This haircut was just awful!!! It really is the worst thing that I’ve ever witnesse

Keizer station petco grooming department is excellent! I have a Two year old female Chihuahua who I rescued from a puppy mill and a very abusive home. The pet groomer at the Keizer Station Petco who goes by the name of Ben is so amazing and gentle that my little Twinkie will allow him to pick her up a clip her nails. She lets no other groomer touch her! We travel two hours to see him! Thanks do much! Michelle Lara

I went in planning to buy a betta fish, but I left feeling really upset. The bettas were kept in tiny cups with murky water and NOT EVEN FULL several looked like they were struggling to breathe. It was honestly heartbreaking to see living animals kept in those conditions. Fish deserve clean water and proper care just like any other pet. I hope management takes better care of these beta.

They took such good care of my Boy, Pancake! I think they could tell I was very nervous and did a lot to comfort me and him. He had multiple mass removals, and the vet even called me in the middle of the surgery to let me know how he was doing, and what she found, because she found an extra mass and wanted to make sure that it was OK to remove it. Love the communication. Everybody from the vet technician to the veterinarian are great. And their price seemed pretty reasonable since we don’t have pet insurance and I think she took that into consideration with the surgery.
