I have been going to PPAH North for about 3 years. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful they are. All the girls that work there feel like family every-time we walk in with one of our 3 cats…Liam, Theodore & Leah. All the girls, especially Amanda and Christine always go above and beyond to make our fur babies feel loved and comfortable. Prices are really reasonable for visits. Dr. Eldahary is our cats vet. What a wonderful doctor. He is always so patient and caring with them. I highly highly highly recommend!!! Your pets will never be in better hands. The picture attached is of my cat Liam…he loves it there so much he sleeps on the scale in the exam room. I am very thankful to have them for my babies.
I am very happy with my experiences every time at this vet office. The staff is very friendly, office is clean, location is easy to get to, private parking, and most importantly I never waited more than 15 min to be seen. No matter which vet you see, they are all very caring to your pet. The vet techs are so kind as well. They are accommodating with giving all the information needed and allowing you time to decide what procedures you want to move forward with or if you want to move forward at that time at all. Any time I have asked them, they have given me itemized pricing so I wasn’t blown away by costs. They even look to apply discounts where available to save you some money. Having a 14 yr old dog, that is very helpful!!
I recently got a golden retriever puppy, and decided to go to this vet because my friend recommended it and I don’t think I could go to any other vet. It has been a lot taking care of this puppy and A LOT of vet visits. But each time I went, I was greeted with such kindness and knowledge from the vet techs. More specifically, Katherine Jasmin and Natalia. They really made the experience a lot more manageable and you could tell they love what they do. I come from Brooklyn and although it’s a trip, I truly am so grateful to finally have found a veterinary clinic like this one. Highly recommend!
I brought my 9-month-old kitten here after a post-surgery complication, and this place turned an already stressful situation into a nightmare. My regular vet was closed for the holiday weekend, so I ended up here out of necessity, not choice. The wound she came in with was tiny (smaller than a dime) and I expected straightforward care. Instead, the first thing the vet did was criticize my regular clinic, then jab a cotton swab directly into the open wound, causing obvious pain. That alone made me lose confidence. I agreed to the plan they laid out: bloodwork, sedation, and cleaning. Nothing complicated. Fast forward to pickup, and I’m hit with a $692 bill for basic wound care and labs that showed nothing surprising. When I asked how the procedure went, I was suddenly told the wound was “th
⚠️ WARNING: IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ⚠️ This vet only cares about money, not your pet’s health. I took my dog there because he kept scratching his ears. The vet barely touched him, said she didn’t see anything, and still charged me $95. The next day, I took my dog to the groomer, and she immediately told me he had an ear infection. So I went back to the vet. The doctor didn’t even come to see him this time — she sent an assistant who kept going back and forth asking questions for her. They told me the vet would prescribe medication and gave me two options: one that lasts two weeks for $68, or one that lasts a month for $98. I chose the one that was supposed to last a month because I wanted my dog to feel better. They took my dog downstairs where no one is allowed
