Dr. Pugliese is very warm and kind. She treats my guinea pigs as if they were her own. Very thorough. Extremely knowledgeable. I'm never rushed, nor have I experienced long waits in the office. Dr. Pugliese discusses and explains throughout the exam and I learn something new every single time I'm there! Staff is upbeat and very helpful. I am happy to call Eltingville Veterinary Practice my Vet! Fidget and Rooster give them 5 stars as well!

Look no further. Dr. Pugliese and her staff saved my puppy and gave him a brand new life. Gatsby was so sick and had multiple health issues that we didn’t know about when we got him from a pet store. Dr. Pugliese turned that boy into the most healthier and beautiful dog we can ever hope for. She had been our only and ONLY vet that will ever touch our babies for the past 4 years. Dr. Pugliese and her staff are nothing but professionals, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, lovely, kind, caring and the list goes on. She will treat your pet as if it’s her own. I have been taking my 9 year old poodle here for a little over year and I couldn't be happier with the care she has received from Dr. Pugliese and Dr. Rosaly on various occassions. They are such pleasant, attentive doctors and I know my Luna is in the best hands with them. Everyone in the office is great, from the vet techs to the receptionists. The entire staff at Eltingville Veterinary Practice have always been and continue to be the most pleasant, friendly and caring folks I have encountered in a Veterinary practice. They were there for us when our sweet dog Buddy was sick and helped us through that process with the most sincere and loving care we could ever have asked for. Its never easy to lose a best friend, but knowing they are being cared for so greatly helps make it just a little easier. They will hold a place in our hearts always.
