We had a wellness check and vaccine for the first time after our other vet office closed down. The receptionist was very kind and set us at ease from the get-go. Dr James and vet tech Samantha gave my nervous dog a complete full exam (which has been rare for us) with complete kindness and patience. Techs Samantha and Sam were also able to get her nails trimmed for us and treated her when they finished. Very thankful to have found this vet office with such kind staff and can breathe a sigh of relief we have somewhere we can feel comfortable taking our dog on Staten Island!

Dr. James is very professional, friendly, and responsive. My Cat was having issue like urine dripping and poop block so we decided to give this place a try. The moment we walk in we already fell in love cause its so clean and the reception is super friendly and welcoming. The whole visit has nothing but friendly staffs. We could definitely tell they are all pet lovers. They have their in house lab so blood test came out instantly which is amazing so we dont have to spend extra time to figure out if anything's wrong for our little boy.
