From the moment we arrived, she was greeted with so much warmth that her tail started wagging right away. The staff took their time getting to know her personality, asking about her coat, her sensitivities, and the style I wanted. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they work with — they handled her with patience, kindness, and real professionalism. The grooming itself was perfect. Her coat came out soft, clean, and beautifully shaped. Her face was trimmed exactly how I like it, her paws were neat, and she smelled amazing without any overpowering scents. Monica was very patient with Enzo - he has a bad hip and doesn’t like when you touch his left side. He also does not like getting his nails clipped. I loved the open concept and the staff was very friendly. The price was right in the range and I would recommend them. You can tell they love the dogs - even the old cranky dogs 😬

Vicki and her staff are always so caring and welcoming. They treat our dogs as our own and you can clearly see how much they love what they do. Thank you for always doing such a great job with Ollie and Sierra. They’re the best groomers on the island.
