I had the pleasure of working with Gia for my female Rottweiler’s training from the time she was a young puppy. Gia’s structured approach, patience, and deep understanding of canine behavior helped shape her into a well-behaved, obedient dog who thrives around both family and new people. After adopting my pitty, I dove into reading about training and following trainers online but I was at a loss to where to start with so much information. Getting a puppy was much more work than we anticipated, but By My Side K9 Training helped us manage our puppy’s behaviors and hold ourselves accountable as responsible pet owners. The trainer was very respectful of our desired lifestyle with our puppy, and allowed us to tailor our training to reflect our end goal for our puppy’s behavior in the future. Gia was absolutely amazing. I was never able to walk my dog with a loose leash. Her patience and guidance was wonderful. She ever made me feel inadequate and provided constructive advice. I highly recommend her.
