I really don’t like to leave a negative review for any small business owner…but I have been taking my dog here for a year+ and am just tired of the constant attitude I get from the owner - especially when paying $110 per groom. They do a fine job at grooming - and the rest of her staff is friendly. Just not sure why the owner thinks her consistently irritated approach to customers is appropriate. I’m in sales and have always felt customer service is the key to success. I have never been unkind - only asked for certain specifics for my dog’s cut…and questioned the surcharge they apply on debit cards (see below). Maybe she has enough demand that she just doesn’t care…but it puts a real damper on my day so I’ve decided today’s visit will be my last. (Note - they charge an additional fee eve

They did an amazing job on my bouvier puppy! It was her first time ever getting groomed and she is usually pretty unsure of anything new and new places - they were so warm and welcoming and took their time and gave her plenty of breaks so she wouldn't be stressed! Highly recommend 🥳

Beware. I brought my dog to her normal grooming appointment and requested a short cut/ puppy cut. When my wife picked her up our dog wasn’t recognizable. They had shaved her extremely short and knicked her tail. Because of this, she has chewed her tail constantly. We have her in a cone to prevent her from chewing through her tail. I wouldn’t recommend anyone brings their pet to this establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want your pet to be taken care of, do not leave them with this groomer.

I was happy with the grooming, but the owner's bad attitude ruined the experience. She was unkind and rude, so I will not be going back.
