I do want to mention that the entire staff was absolutely wonderful and caring. Better than others from past experiences and I would highly recommend this office for pet care. However, my pet was euthanized yesterday. So our experience was devastatingly heartbreaking. Just letting you know that maybe it's a better idea to flag an account or word the text message to ask about the experience a bit differently when the client loses their cherished pet. I know the survey is auto-generated, but the wording is not applicable to all clients.

We brought our 6 month old puppy for his and our first visit to this vet and were not pleased with their prices or processes at all. We were initially happy with the staff as they were nice and the facility was clean. However, we received the bill for a normal check up that was nearly $600. During the visit they offered numerous services that were optional they upsold us on without disclosing the prices or the price difference between two options. Would have been nice not to get the surprise while checking out. Once we got home we took another look over the bill and saw they charged us for treats they put in the FREE gift bag they gave us for the first visit. Dr Cauffield and Christine were great at making my overly anxious dog, comfortable, literally getting on the floor with us and really took extra time to evaluate and ease my worried mind about her presenting symptoms. The front desk staff were supportive and friendly and the ease of checkout in the examination room vs waiting room is another plus.

Every time my pets and I, all dogs, have been to Phoenixville Animal Hospital, everyone there has been awesome. From the front desk to the assistants and the doctors, my doggies have all received excellent care. I thank you all so much.❤️

Extremely happy with our first visit. Doctor and assistant were very nice, caring, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Everyone was extra accommodating with our dog’s anxiety around other dogs. Couldn’t have been more pleased.
