Maddie's Castle

We have been fans and customers since 2018. Liv learned drop it at the treat buffet under the cash wrap as a four year old. They typically offer treats, have a great variety of all kinds of products, and can also order things. We just got our first delivery, which was a huge help. If you have issues with anything, they are happy to help. Liv still has a harness and leash and bowl we bought years ago. With new ownership as of earlier this year, the beloved shop is mostly the same, with even more happening, like local partnerships. Both our dogs ate the new rabbit ears, and 12/10 will try again. Liv loves going to Maddie’s and insists anytime we go to phoenixville, but she’s normally too excited for me to get photos of her in the store.

We love Maddie’s! They have awesome products and excellent customer service. And John is the best; he is extremely helpful to customers and great with their pets.

I've come here for years for the great service and quality food, treats, and toys for my cats. Now we have adopted our first dog and the owner, Lindsay, has been an incredible and indispensable resource for us. As we've been navigating this adjustment and frequenting the shop extra times the past couple weeks, she has gone above and beyond with product recommendations, food samples, personal advice, and encouragement to make this experience amazing and simplified. She even volunteers at the shelter we adopted our dog from and already knew the pup we brought home. Just a fabulous shop run by a fabulous person.

I love Maddie's Castle and yesterday had the chance to hang with Maddie for her very own photo shoot! This shop is such an awesome place for pet parents with thoughtfully curated toys and treats and accessories for dogs and cats. The shop never disappoints this dog mom! And I love that Maddie the cat is always there for a visit. While my pups weren't with me, I brought them home yummy treats and their favorite Fromm food. I highly recommend Maddie's Castle!

Stopped in here after dinner on our walk-through Phoenixville to grab a couple dog treats. Boutique little dog store with all the essentials. Great customer service and vibe.
