I would give 6 stars if I could! Took my 15 week old fluff ball of a puppy in for his first ever haircut. This is Mongo, he’s a miniature schnauzer and his coat had never been styled and was very overgrown. As you can see, Sarah absolutely crushed it! We brought some inspiration pictures for what we wanted him to look like, and the finished cut was spot on! While Sarah did our cut, I also interacted with many of the other groomers and they were all incredibly friendly. Lastly, they were also understanding and very accommodating to the fact that our pup had not received his final round of vaccines yet and had to be kept separated from the other dogs. Beautying the Beasts has the best energy when you walk in the door! The welcoming committee (Dudley and Harper) is always so happy to see you and the team are also so sweet and good with the pups. You can tell they love grooming and that every dog that stands on their table is treated like their own 💜

We had such an awesome experience that I do not know where to start! Lol 😆 This place is impeccable and extremely excellent with their customer service. There was a mixup with our puppy scheduled to getting groomed on yesterday and lovely owner Rachel went over and beyond and stayed over for us to make up the error that was made after hrs. Not only did she make up for the mistake she completely made our pooch look so adorable. He came in looking like shaggy and came out looking like a million bucks. Even our puppies attitude is even different now lol 😂 . He looks good, smells good and feels good! Rachel will forever be our new groomer because she provided exceptional service and she is very talented. I would recommend anyone with a puppy or dog who is feeling unsure about groomers to bring

My 120 black russian terrier considers this the doggie spa and loves coming here. It is honestly one of her favorite places. She goes every 6 weeks and gets a wash, cut, nail grind, ear cleaning, and every now and again teeth brushing. We've had a few groomers (big shootout to Lauren) there do her hair and have been happy with each of them. We've been using this business for the past 2 years and have never had a bad experience. My only issue is that parking can be difficult depending on what is going on in Phoenixville. So, be prepared to park on the street or at one of the lots around Phoenixville and walk if needed.

Was walking my dog by the store when employee or owner was closing up shop. Her dogs were growling at my dog and then got loose from the lease. As a dog owner who has had aggressive dogs in the past, I’m very cautious of when a growling dog gets loose from its owner. The two individuals then continued to laugh at the situation as the dog darted out into the street and continued to growl at my dog. If this is how they treat their own dogs and handle a situation right outside their own business or place or employment, then I’d recommend staying far away from here.
