A good place to shop for your doggie. Good selection of products at reasonable prices. Nice staff--friendly, efficient, and proficient. Always someone available for questions plus they ask you if you're looking for anything special or need help if you are looking around or quizzical. Ask me if I need help to get to my car especially if I have purchased bags of dog food or other heavy items. Store itself is bright and well-lit in the back of the store, clean and no odors. Shelves are well stocked shelves.

A nice store with very friendly, helpful staff and great selection. Very disappointed to see the Betta fish display With lots of dead fish, some that appeared half dead with dirty or very little water in the container. I’m sure that wouldn’t be tolerated if it were other living creatures living in those conditions. I don’t know that I will be back after seeing this.

Please take better care of your animals. The fish tanks are in very bad condition with many dead fish and the bird cages are far too small without any enrichment. The staff is nice though.

this stunning guy w/ great style really stopped what he was doing to get my online order for me & offered to carry it to the car since it was 2 huge bags of cat litter, what a gem!!!✨️I was so shook I said no (regret)🥲but it made my day🥰

Everyone here is really nice and helpful every time I visit! Sometimes they're out of the Redford Naturals or low on the kind of litter I get but I always manage to get something. I asked if I can preorder things so if I really need it and it's not there I can plan ahead and order it. They are able to order up on certain items, but can't guarantee their delivery from the warehouse. I'm not close enough to run to two stores and check since each location is a half hour from me. I had to change the food for the adult care so I can get them food for sure, and my kittens have to hope there's enough in stock every time I go. I am able to call ahead and they will hold stuff for me if it's in stock.
