Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. When it was time for my cat to be vaccinated, three women approached me and indicated that we needed to go to the bathroom to complete the process. When questioned, as they are walking away, they gave a flippant answer about their safety and him trying to escape. This was not his first visit and he is always wearing a leash and harness. Understanding that some cats respond aggressively, my cat has never behaved in this manner during these visits. I feel that this new process of vaccinating pets in the bathroom should be listed on the website or mentioned upon arrival!
Very confusing registration. Have to register and then wait to get a text and then wait in line again.
Great Customer Service and way cheaper then others. Thank you for your services!
