⚠️⚠️⚠️Id give a 0 if I could. I was looking at the fish and the tanks were dirty and fish were molded and dead sunk to the bottom because they had been there for almost a week would be my guess. I said something about it because seeing that is devastating and she said they are supposed to be cleaned out every morning but it doesn't look like it. Little fun fact about this is, when fish die the surrounding fish get so depressed they die slowly. Some looked un-fed as well. Half were floating in the water, discolored from being sick. This was absolutely devastating to look at and completely ruined my day. When fish die they don't loose there color for at least 12-24 hours (unless they are sick) and if you look closely they are grey, eaten by other fish, and molded. Do better pet smart.

I just went into petsmart (Smyrna location in Tennessee) and they do not give the exotic animals proper care , the humidity and temp is two low for the reptiles and the jumping spiders are getting too much moisture and not enough proper ventilation, if they keep doing this to the animals they do not be carrying them in stock

I'm giving two stars because the groomer was clearly busy, so it isn't laziness, but is it apathy on managements part that they not fix what are obvious issues with grooming staffing, going on for months now? It's clear if you look through the reviews that there are problems specifically with the grooming department. It's also glaringly obvious that the only reviews that PetSmart responds to are the positive ones, ignoring the negative. We've used PetSmart groomers for over 5 years and at our old store there was never any problems. At the Symrna location however, they are over booked, understaffed, or both. I dropped my dog off at 3:45 and didn't get the call to pick him up until 8:30. What's worse is we paid over $100 for a deluxe grooming and he was clearly rushed. The cut is choppy, ver
