This place is either negligent or doesn't train their groomers. The first time I went they shaved off all of one of my pom's whiskers (WHY??). They, however, did a better job with my other pom. I decided to go again a second time because his fur had gotten compacted a bit and had a few mats and he needed a bath. They SHAVED, and I mean SHAVED, my dog's fur. I requested and scheduled a trim, bath, and dematting. I did NOT ask them to SHAVE a pom which has a DOUBLE COAT AND IS ALWAYS A BIG NO NO. His coat may never grow back the same. It is absolutely a basic fundamental to not shave a Pomeranian like this. I will not be returning and I definitely suggest others do the same. They are super sweet, did a great job with my Yorkie's cut. They noted a few other things they recommended on what they saw for his comfort and functionality which I appreciated. We also boarded our Border Collie and Yorkie with Lilah Belle for a few nights. They were super sweet and they came back happy and calm. We called to check in on them and they kindly have us details on how they were doing. Great staff and great services!!

Yes, it's affordable. But the EASE and SPEED of service, the fun environment, the compassionate people... that's why they're the best! My dog is so dramatic and they had him taken care of so quickly and easily I was SHOCKED it could be so painless.

Priscilla was wonderful! Cooper loved her and she was so caring in her grooming. I appreciate they take time to bath him and make sure his ears are well maintained as well as give him a full service groom. Great place with great groomers!!!
