They do such an amazing job with my sensitive giant Dane. They know he is anxious but a big baby and they love on him from the time he gets there until he leaves. I know 100% that my big softy is in the best of care with this team. The one who runs it is such a king man and works with the animals and loves on them. I love this place and am so thankful I found it.

If I could give a zero star I would, but I can’t. So you get one star. I started going to you since my other Yorkie was young. And I brought Zoe my second Yorkie for Michelle to groom. I don’t know how you lost Michelle as a groomer but she was the best groomer you had. If your groomers are not confident enough to do a requested style then they should say so. Instead of doing what they want and how they want the style to be. Or like on Thursday 8/10/23 just jacking up the style all together. Amber had to take her back twice to “fix” it and she still DID NOT do what I asked, Zoe looked like a Chihuahua. I was about in tears when she went back a second time to get “fixed.” I will find Michelle some how, to groom them from now on. My goal with you is not try out all your groomers and see if

We left our dog at CCK while we went on a week long vacation. We are first time pet owners so we were super nervous, but to my surprise I woke up to an update from Dante. We received them daily, and were so happy to see him doing well at camp. We also had him groomed before pickup, and they did such a great job with that also. We will definitely be returning!

Creature Comforts took on our baby, Max, within an hour and a half notice due to an emergency. I couldn’t even think straight when I first called them, but the woman I spoke to was sooo nice. I knew Max would be nervous being left there as he’s never been in kennel boarding before and experiences separation anxiety. I called the second day and asked how he was doing and the man who answered was extremely nice, patient, and transparent, which I wholeheartedly appreciated. They also give daily email updates and super cute pictures like the one with my review. 😊 When I picked Max up, the lady at the front desk talked about how much she loved him and how wonderful he was.
