There was some confusion and delay, probably due to the unexpected amount of people and animals that came in for service. I must say the girls stayed very positive and worked quickly to keep everyone informed and explain the new check-in procedure. The vet was kind and attentive to my "Cookie". Overall I'm thankful for VIP being there for us.
Extremely happy, excellent service and very professional staff.
