Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Palm City

We had such a wonderful experience at Woofgang Bakery & Grooming! My girls came out looking absolutely adorable — their cuts were perfect, and they even had little rhinestones and Fourth of July bandanas that totally melted my heart. 💕🐾 I’m not sure who the groomer was, but they did an incredible job. Jenny helped us with scheduling and spent time playing with my pups — she was so sweet and made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. The bakery itself is super cute too, full of fun treats and the cutest dog accessories. You can tell they really care about every dog that walks through the door. We’ll definitely be back!

To preface this review: I’m a groomer of 17 years, but do not currently live in FL to groom my mother’s Yorkie. So, we’ve been looking for a reputable groomer and found Nancy. The first time she groomed Tina (the Yorkie), we were thoroughly impressed with her work. (My mom always FaceTime’s me after a cut so I can see Tina.) My mother had made another appointment with Nancy as her request client but had to reschedule for person reasons, and that appointment was today. When my mother went to drop off Tina, she was told that Nancy wouldn’t be grooming Tina, but not to worry because the person who was grooming her was “very good”. And in my professional opinion, this was not a cut for someone who had only been grooming for 2 years should do. She took all of Tina’s hair from the sides of her

We love Woof Gang Bakery. We’ve been bringing our puppy Augi 🐾 here for 5 years now for treats, toys, and pawdicures, and the customer service is always amazing. Augi usually hates anyone touching her paws, but she absolutely adores Nancy, her groomer. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful wonderful store. I wish I knew the name of the woman that has been so helpful so generous to my son. He went into her store and explained how hard it is to try to find the right dog food for our 2 chihuahuas. They honestly do not like anything. Extremely picky. She took her time with my son, she gave him food to try to see which ones they liked. I cannot tell you how wonderful she is/she was to him. She gave him so many different options. I could never thank her enough for being so kind to him. She took her time, she did not rush him out. I hope people give this wonderful place a try. We are coming to this particular store for years. Just came back from the bank with a few 50 dollar notes. I bought two items at this store and handed her a 50 dollar note. She refused to accept the 50 dollar bill. I had to change next door at Donkin donuts and they used a pen to verify the authentication of the bill. Got change and went back and told her that all other stores including Publix did not had any issues with any 50 dollar bills. I wasted 20 minutes of my time because of stupidity from the store owner. You just lost a long year customer because of your incompetence and refusing using a pen like all other stores to check on authentication of any bills. What a shame.
