I had just lost my dog of 13 years. He was 15 when he died I had gone to furry friends looking for a dog to come into my home and be my new friend so I found a dog named Rollo and I met him along with my son and he seemed like the perfect fit almost 5 years old, so on my application, I had no aggression .while I was adopting Rollo. The staff failed to tell me that he was passive aggressive and had resourcing behavior issues and had had two incidents with staff had I known all of this I never would’ve gotten two weeks later after being bitten and snarled that the dog was returned to furry friends not only did I not get a refund I did not even get it. I’m sorry we’re so sorry , so if you go to furry friends looking for Rollo, make sure you do not have him
