PetVet Vaccination Clinic

Our first time there & taking a large unsocialized dog. The guy checking in people didn't do a very good job. Three families were standing off to the sides or in different aisles to distance their animals. He took 3 people who walked up after us before he registered us. When I said something he ignored me. Then their credit card machine didn't want to work. We were there at 4 left at 5:30.

No personal interaction from staff including “DMV” whatsoever. I plan to look up this Vets credentials. She didn’t even introduce herself. She didn’t ask anything about my dog. Her “ helper” grabbed my dog by the front of her vest & she almost slipped out. I kindly asked that he back off & let me secure her for her vaccinations. The “ vet” took an ear temp & ? Listened to heart sounds which equaled a “ vet exam “ of $116 It’s a very poor compassionate vet experience. They were 30 min late. Nothing against Tractor Supply as they were trying to promote a service that should work.

All of the staff were wonderful; the cost was reasonable and we were very pleased

This was 1st experience with PetVet Vaccine clinic held at Tractor Supply. Visit was quick and easy. Would definitely use this service again!
