Just wanted to say thanks to Rhonda for the wonderful job you did for my Bitzu, Rosie. She looks so great and is zooming around the house happy as can be. Her hair was so bad from this snow and it helped immensely. 5 stars all day long. I highly recommend it!!!

I have been using Petsvilla for ten years now. Rhonda and Dana are fantastic groomers. I have two dogs and they always come home beautiful. My daughter, son and Aunt also have their dogs groomed here.

I took my toy poodle and my maltipoo here. My toy poodles hair was great not matted. My maltipoos hair was matted and I can accept that. After a long discussion we decided to shave my maltipoo BUT NEVER ONCE did they say they had to shave my poodle. I had decided to take them here because my usual groomers was booked and I wanted my dogs to look nice for their birthday. Never once did I imagine they would completely shave my dogs. They had them for 4 hours just to shave my dogs completely. I would not recommend here. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The picture with the bow on is how my dogs hair usually is and the others is how they left my dog. I imagine they were just too lazy to actually do their job. DONT GO HERE. I’ve brought my two shitzus here a couple times now and it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. I specifically called and gave instructions about how I wanted my dogs to be styled, I just wanted their private parts shave, cut the hair of the paws and cut the hair on their face because those areas get dirty quickly, but the groomer clearly don’t know how to follow instructions. My mom picked them up and they COMPLETELY SHAVE MY SHITZU!!! And they hurt my dog’s eye, she can open her eye, so I tried to call but apparently nobody answer the phone at 4 o’clock when they’re open. Nobody could give me an explanation about what happened. I’m really disappointed with this place. Im not taking my dogs here again.
