PetSuites Cypress Springs

Our dogs had an exceptional stay with PetSuites Cypress Springs! The staff was so kind, especially the manager Marissa, and they all did a wonderful job keeping us posted on how our pups were. It was great peace of mind while we were traveling. We loved the spacious accommodations and how clean everything is. It was also fun (and reassuring) to get to see them during playtime on the video cameras.

I COMMUTE MY BOYS OVER AN HOUR EACH WAY JUST SO THEY CAN BE WITH AND LOVED ON BY THESE BEAUTIFUL HUMANS!!! There are not enough words in the world to explain how absolutely amazing every single person is here! I met Marissa and Stephanie when they were at the Woodlands location in 2021! BOTH of my (huge) fur babies have adored them ever since! When they opened this location, we followed! Both of them, along with ALL the staff, love and take care of my babies like their own when they are there (and even when they are not 💙💙)! Knowing this, and seeing how happy my boys are there is everything I could ask for in a daycare & resort! 100 out of 10 recommend! A million times over!!

Petsuits Cypress is a great place for boarding. It’s clean and organized. The staff seemed educated and knowledgeable about their job caring for animals. We will use them every time we need to board our Morkie Tuxedo. He was returned to us clean and happy and healthy. What more could we ask for.

I want to start by saying that our fur baby, Clipse, can be a bit high maintenance lol!! But we absolutely trust PetSuites to take care of him. We’ve been bringing Clipse here since they first opened. Initially, we were on the hunt for a new daycare because he didn’t get along well with German Shepherds, but when we arrived, he quickly made friends with eveyone! The staff knows Clipse by name and understands his unique personality. He always greets them with excitement when we check in! We love the townhouse suite, which is perfect for him and a favorite of ours whenever we travel. Plus, they pay close attention to detail when it comes to his medication instructions, ensuring he gets everything he needs. Highly recommend PetSuites for all pet parents!

We used to leave our babies at another place that was not only very expensive but also quite far from home. When we discovered this new place, I was honestly unsure and nervous — because I had never trusted anyone else with our babies before. But everything changed the moment we experienced their care. This place is truly something special. We have access to cameras for our babies’ suites and play areas, and while watching them throughout the day, my heart just melts. I am endlessly amazed and deeply touched by how the staff treats our babies. They are not just employees — they love and care for our babies as if they were their own family.
