Alex and Gary are by far the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. I brought my sick rat in and they were incredibly attentive, understanding, and caring. He was unfortunately too sick and passed away, but they tried absolutely everything they could to save him and I am beyond grateful for their kindness.

Dr. Mittner and her team member Gary were so helpful! On Sunday morning my dog was acting strange after eating parts of socks. I called them and they were very responsive and fast to get us in. My dog needed emergency surgery, they did so great with my dog. I felt so comfortable around them both like they were family. They made a stressful situation so much better. My sweet beagle was in great care, we will continue to see doctor Alex and her team! They also helped us to set up a payment plan option as money is tight right now! Overall I’m extremely grateful for doctor Alex. She is amazing and truly cares about her patients. I will definitely send people to see her and will always suggest her. Thanks you Dr. Alex and Gary!

Dr. Alex and Gary are truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, they were calm, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. Dr. Alex took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel rushed, and Gary was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. What really stood out was the follow-up text the next day—it meant so much to know they were still thinking about our pet after the visit. We are so grateful for their superb veterinary care and highly recommend them.

I have brought my guinea pig in with ringworm and I’ve had two appointments here at this vets office. They’re very welcoming and kind. They are also very informative and down to earth showing genuine concern. I have another vet for my dogs but this one I plan on sticking with for my small animals.

I don't write reviews very often.. but after our first visit I knew I had to. I couldn't find them on Google maps, to leave the review, so at our 2nd appointment I asked and was given a QR code to be able to do so. Dr. Mittner and Gary were so kind, thoughtful and amazing. They went above and beyond to help me make things easier with our pup. And he did so great with them. I've been to a few other vets in the area over the years, and they aren't very people friendly.. but here they welcome you right in, and are so kind, relaxed and informative.
