Elena was awesome with our three year old Husky named Winter. She was kind and patient, and turned Winters first time at a groomer into a positive experience. Winter was a bit fearful at first, but the energy Elena has helped ease our pup. I highly recommend Hounds Lounge and especially Elena. We already booked our next appointment!
Rachelle has been grooming our fur kids for 3+years. Does a great job and they love her. So happy she got a shop to call home.
Form fluffy fur ball to a trim proper boy! I couldn't recommend Hounds Lounge enough! They are super great and friendly as well as affordable. Take your pet here you won't regret it!
Our first time experience with grooming here was fabulous! They were booked but put us on a wait list and within 2 days there was a cancellation! 😍 Elena Martinez was our Ella’s groomer and she was wonderful with her!
Rachelle is absolutely wonderful! Extremely satisfied with our 1st visit 🩷Our pup will be 14 this year, has high anxiety, and our long time groomer has retired so she was a bit overdue for a grooming. Rachelle did an amazing job!!! Highly recommend!!
