Every visit I’ve had at this office has been pleasant and informational. All of the staff I’ve interacted with (including via phone) have been kind, understanding, and express a clear passion to help your furry companions. I will continue to come here as I believe my pets are in the best care here.

We had a consultation with Dr. Henshaw for our 3 year old pup Conchita (shichi mix) due to her luxated patella's. Dr. Henshaw was amazing and kind! He was so thorough and made sure we understood the Dx and our options. He did not rush us at all and spent his time ensuring we knew which direction to go. I def recommend this vet and we will be returning there to do our babies patella surgeries!

Outstanding veterinary care!! I have been to Oakwood Veterinary Hospital 3 times recently with my 2 small dogs. The care has been wonderful, and Dr Cooper is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and and she helped both of my dogs with their medical issues. The staff is professional and kind, and the hospital is very clean and tidy! Dr. Henshaw was terrific. He confirmed our dog’s need for surgery and fully explained the procedure, process, prognosis and recovery directions. He spent a great deal of time with us and answered all of our questions. The office staff also was inviting and very efficient. Our dog was able to get scheduled for surgery with Oakwood’s visiting, board-certified orthopedic surgeon within just a few-week waiting period. We were very happy with the care we and our dog received and feel comfortable moving forward with our dog’s surgical procedure.

Our Golden was in a little distress and they got him in that day for a complete examination. Everything turned out fine, x-ray, blood work, personal exam. Dr Henshaw, Dr Mason and their team of Vets and Techs are always friendly, professional, experienced and caring. We love them!
