Since they now deliver with Door Dash the accountability and customer service is next to none. Door Dash says Petsmart fulfills their own orders and Petsmart customer service says they have no way to know who packed an order, on two separate orders received the wrong items and their solution was to drive to the store to get the right item, why would I do that if I just paid shipping and tip the driver. Even the invoice didn’t match the items received. A simple call, text or email asking to substitute would be warranted, can’t just send whatever is in stock and not what’s ordered.

I had one of the most unprofessional and disturbing experiences I’ve ever had with a groomer, Betzy. From the moment she came out, the interaction felt aggressive and dismissive. She did not greet my dog and immediately began the conversation with forming an excuse on why the grooming session could not proceed despite him having all the required vaccines, ultimately canceling it abruptly. I go to PetSmart grooming almost monthly at another location and I’ve never been picky about groomers, but this experience was a stark reminder that pet parents have to be extremely careful who they trust with their animals, even for something as simple as a bath and haircut. She did not appear to be an experienced or a senior-level groomer and so would advise everyone considering grooming here to not ris

What I love best about this store is that they will think outside the box and provide you with an alternative to meet your request without you having to suggest it. This location will always be my preferred choice on the island as I’m always satisfied with my purchases.

It's the first time that I went there with a bunch of people from The JCC. It was on a Thursday and I was very unfamiliar with the place.🤨 When I went in this place it has it all. There was birds fish cats and dogs. Also they were guinea pigs too. And all the way in the back they have this hotel day care center for dogs. There was also one for cats too. I looked in the window and there were a bunch of dogs playing around. Some of them were Huskies and rottweilers. But I didn't see no golden retrievers. It had this zoo feeling when I came in the store and I like it. I would like to come here again just so I can see the cats and the dogs. I recommend you go to this place if you want to find something for your pet.🐱🐶👍

This PetSmart in Staten Island is bright, clean, and very welcoming to both pets and their owners. I love that it has Benfield Veterinary on-site—makes it a perfect one-stop shop! Tip: Be sure to park on the 2nd level for the direct entrance.
