Every girl that works there is incredibly passive aggressive. I will never go there again. After I pay for My pet food, they asked if I want to donate to a charity. I said no I donated Last time I was here. She started arguing saying well that was a different charity this is something else. I said they're both for pets and I feel like I've met my quota. She said well it's not really a quota it's just if you want to donate. And started arguing with me. And then a that, even though I'm paying cash I still had to press no on the credit card machine even To confirm I didn't want to donate to the charity or I couldn't even purchase the food... Then she shoves my canned food in a plastic bag that I didn't ask for and didn't want and when I said I didn't want a bag she aggressively took them out

Took my dog in to be groomed. Specifically told the groomer about his deformed foot And she needed to be sure to trim his nails. After 4 hours I called and was told he would be ready in less than a half hour. When I picked him up his face abs leaf were still wet and the fur was not cut. She said he didn't like having his face cleaned or trimmed so she just left it as it was. He didn't even look like he was even groomed. His nails were never touched. His tail was all matted. The fur on his paws did not get trimmed. He was there 4 hours and looked exactly as he did when I left him. I will never even consider taking him there or any petsmart. The groomers section looked like it hadn't been swept up all day with fur all over. It was disgusting.

This review is a review of the Grooming Salon. I've been going there for years. But, no more. For the second time they called a couple of hours before my grooming appointment to cancel because the groomer called off sick. Once was bad enough, but twice, not good. I had a photo shoot scheduled for my dog this afternoon and I had to cancel and pay a fee for late cancelation. The store manager, Matt, was the one who called me. I told him how unhappy I was this has happened twice. He got very defensive and said he can't help it if someone calls off sick. I booked another day with him and suggested they needed to do something for this inconvenience since I only have two days off. Again, he got nasty and said not his fault. This is not good customer service. He should have offered me a discount

Was charged for stuff I didn’t ask for. Very rude when I questioned it. Put a hold on my account. I have been having grooming for over ten years. We travel and use Petsmart for convenience. When I called to ask why they said I said I was going to cancel payment. Which I did not say. Now I have to prove my dog isn’t an issue. She was matted but not as bad as they said.
