It happened twice with me, two different dogs: I chose a package online, but the price was different (much higher) when I went back to pay. Then they said, "Oh, but he got the premium package" (or something like that), and I paid the extra amount because didn't want to feel like taking advantage of their work or creating a conflict. But that is not a good practice. In other words: it is dishonest. I advise anybody to go over the price when dropping off the dog instead to think they will follow the options you selected when booking online.

I found everything I needed and at reasonable prices. It’s unfortunate the management feels that just a couple of weeks before Christmas, a usually busy shopping time, having only one catchier is good enough. But my overall experience was good.

I always use this grooming service, and I’m extremely satisfied every time! The staff is very kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate their excellent service. In particular, Valeria is amazing—her attention to detail and high level of skill make me feel completely at ease. I always request her because she genuinely cares about my Chihuahua, and it shows in the wonderful results. My Chihuahua always seems relaxed and happy after each visit. I had an awful experience at the PetSmart in Santa Fe. I specifically asked for certain grooming services, but they did something completely different, and now my dog looks terrible. On top of that, they charged me extra for some fur conditioner that I never requested. When I spoke to the manager about it, she was completely unhelpful and said there was nothing she could do. This was frustrating and unprofessional. I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

Woman at the front desk of the grooming department put a collar around my dog’s neck even though she already had a collar on and was dragging my dog by the neck and choking her. When I calmly told her to loosen the grip on her neck she looked around at her two coworkers inside like I was being ridiculous, with a funny look on her face. She kept saying she wasn’t choking her when my dog was clearly choking and uncomfortable. The same woman was not at the front desk when I was scheduled to come in. When I spoke to her on the phone she was inarticulate and couldn’t form her sentences or answer my questions. As someone who works a customer service job, I know enough about my job to be able to answer basic questions. She should know why they use another collar on a dog when there already is o
