Our dogs are regular patients at Gruda. Had to take our Pug in yesterday for a routine exam and check-up. First time with Dr. Jillian McGregor and she was fantastic! So very sincere, knowledgeable and caring of our little guy! Also, very patient with all my questions. Nice work, Doc and frontline staff!

Initial visit with Dr. Fenlon this past Friday. My girl is 12 years old and cancer survivor. Dr. Caroline Fenlon was spot on in terms of how to help her live her best life. I felt she was well versed in my dog’s history and quite competent and confident in how to manage her condition going forward. She was very thorough in her exam and assessment. Dr. Fenlon is kind, and that is very important to me. I feel like we are in good hands!

It’s very hard to find great vet service in Santa Fe but Gruda, has been beyond great! I couldn’t wish for a better place to take my doggies! Thank you for employing some of the best receptionists I’ve ever dealt with and thank you to the amazing docs who are not only extremely knowledgeable but empathetic and helpful! 💜

I cannot fully express my gratitude and admiration for Dr. Gruda and his staff—my 12 year old boy had dealt with cancer once already (elsewhere)—with tumor removal that resulted in a life-threatening arrhythmia and radiation. Then it came back within the year and I was desperate for a solution for him. His type of cancer (spindle cell sarcoma) tends to not metastasize, by nature, but the tumor will grow until it bursts the skin and makes the animal miserable. I was ready to try to just remove the leg entirely, to give him the best chance at remission. Dr. Gruda put a lot of consideration into the decision and we had decided that was the best plan of action. I got a call while my pup was on the table and Dr. Gruda had opened his leg to see what was going on and we made a game time decision

I took my animal to an emergency vet clinic for treatment. After a week the vet at the emergency clinic told me my dog's leg would have to be amputated and told me it would cost almost $8,000 for the surgery. I asked for a second opinion and the vet mentioned Gruda veterinary Hospital. I booked an opointment and am extremely grateful to all those at Gruda that helped me and my pet. They were not only able to save my dog's leg but were able to do it for less than a third of the price for amputation. The people at Gruda vet Hospital are virtually miracle workers. I honestly cannot thank them enough..
