Great experience all around for my visit. Dr Kelly and all of the staff were very kind, friendly and passionate about what they do. My dog Bodhi was their last patient of the day and they took all the time necessary. Dr Kelly was wonderful, he really listened to my concerns, very thorough and gave very good explanations and gave a lot of very reasonable options. I highly recommend this practice.

All the staff were very friendly, kind, compassionate and patient with my kittens. I felt like my concerns and thoughts were heard and listened to. Because they were so patient with them they didn't have any residual fear from the experience after coming home. I would (and will) recommend this vet to my local clients and friends.

I had a very disappointing experience with a phone reminder call from Dana at Cedarwood today, which ultimately led me to cancel my dog's appointment scheduled for tomorrow and no longer consider Cedarwood an option for pet care in Santa Fe. I received a call at 12:19 p.m. to confirm the appointment. While asking basic logistical questions about my upcoming appointment (I would have been a new client to Cedarwood), the staff member abruptly cut me off approximately two minutes into the call and stated, “I was supposed to leave 21 minutes ago so I need to hang up now—just come in tomorrow and figure it out.” The tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Excellent! My dog had to go to the ER recently. This was a follow up visit. (Cedarwood is his regular vet.) They got me in really quickly. They’re always pleasant, and very knowledgeable.

Visit was incredible from front desk to vet care. Very compassionate and understanding care for my rottie Saddie. Thank you staff.
