The manager at this location is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful to me in helping me get a new cage setup for my puppy. I had such a small cage given to me by family that barely fit a small dog bed, and while my little 12lbs Bichon could fit in it, she freaked out and was not happy because she couldn't move at all. I'm not raising no inmate puppy, so the manager recommended a perfect sized cage for her and it looks great. (See the small cage in the background for comparison)

I feel horribly that I cannot remember the name (Darlene?) of the woman who helped me but she was an absolute delight. She was professional. She was knowledgeable. She was funny! I appreciate an employee anywhere who love what they do. "Darlene," the next time I stop in, I will look for you with a token of appreciation in-hand...both of your suggestions worked perfectly!!

Something about asking customers to leave their name, phone number, email, and credit card information, on a random piece of a5 paper with their employees at the register just doesn't seem safe. As the consumer you have no idea who has seen your information, and you don't know how they've maintained the integrity of that extremely personal information. You especially do not have any idea how or if they even destroyed that information once used at all. I wouldn't put it past them to just toss it in the trash. Beyond that, they left these sheets of customers' private financial information UNATTENDED at the registers. Anyone could walk by and grab those or take pictures of them. I am shocked at how little concern anyone in this store has for this kind of situation. This has changed my view on

I go once or twice a week to get crickets. Last week I was overcharged about a buck. Didn’t say anything because I figured “meh, it is just a buck or two”. Without saying anything the guy recognizes me and said he realized the overcharge after I left and gave me a five dollar coupon. Very honest people. This store has always been very good to us

Great environment we love visiting the cats inside! Get your furry pets from here they always have so many that need homes!
