Always nice and clean and fully stocked, got my bearded dragon Chilli Pepper a Halloween costume and my pac man frogs a big fake aquarium plant 🪴 to shield them from the daytime light. I know things can be more expensive than online most of the time but I like to see the critters they have plus see what im going to get for my critters. Only thing I'd like to see is me ( Donna's Discoids) supplying them with delicious discoids for their critters being sold and fir their bug customers, give them a better option with a staple feeder insect.

Yall just be hiring anyone. The person checking for grooming in acts like she finds any reason to turn pets away, as this was my second interaction with her. Orange haired lady was also very rude. They said my dog was matted and needed to be shaved bald saying “her matts were cutting her blood circulation” not true we took to a different groomer and was able to do what we wanted without having to shave her bald like they said. Also said we had to take my other dog to the vet due to “bad infected lacerations” also not true because we took him DIRECTLY to the animal hospital because we were worried and it was small SCRATCHES from him scratching at his bark collar & it was NOT INFECTED. Staff is very unprofessional in this location I stop here to ask a question. I dont know if she is crazy or what put she point out her finger and stay quiet finishing pudding her stuff away sitting on the floor like a lazy person. I always shop at pet shop and decide to stop here but no thank you never again. Learn that customers service so you dont lose business this isn't yours store. I bet you was not rude the day of your interview right.

We are taking the puppy classes here. On our 2nd level.(intermediate). It's educational and fun. Recommend even if you do your own training. You just bond better with your pup. It's fun and gives you things you just didn't know. No one knows everything. Have some fun with your pup. Enjoy.

Summer did an amazing job on my little girl Stori's 1st grooming appointment . She is very patient with the animals and the parents. We will def be booking with her again!
