Upon arrival to the grooming salon, Kristina was already irritated and informed me that because my dog did not get along with other dogs she would have to rush through his grooming because there was a full schedule today. I informed her that it's okay if she can't dry him as he has never liked the blow dryer. She informed me that they would shave him "dirty" and then give him a bath to which I said what ever is easier for y'all. She calls us an hour later to pick up my dog. His haircut is so bad. He's got insane streaks, his legs, his tail, and his head are not shaved. We were charged 89$ for my dog to look like Frankenstein. I have taken my dog there for about 8 years on and off , however this last year things have really changed with this salon. He used to have no issue having his nails

I always have a good experience when shopping at this PetSmart. I recently started an aquarium for fish. Jared, my fish consultant as I call him, is very knowledgeable. His tips set me up for a successful tank environment for my new fish babies. All of my supplies were purchased at PetSmart with the exception of the tank light, sea turtle ornament and wave maker. From fury to scaly pets this location has it all, if not their knowledgeable staff will point you in the right direction.

I was so nervous to take my almost three year old cat Starz to the groomer for the first time. He is a long haired cat with a lot on his belly. Janet did a wonderful job and he feels so soft and sooo less hairy. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend her for cats.

I used to be able to get discounts by racking up store points by making purchases. The staff they used to have were super friendly and helpful. Now I continue to go in and make purchases multiple times per week and every time I ask if I can use my points the new people they have in there just awkwardly say no and act like they want me to leave and give no explanation. When I look at my receipt it says I’ve been racking up hundreds and hundreds of points. I’ve probably lost many as well due to them expiring because they don’t want to let me redeem them. They refused to let me ask the manager when I requested to ask her about it. I’m probably just going to start going back to Bills Pet Shop in town instead. They are a local business and have much better products. I only started going to Pets

Jessica at the PetSmart New Bern location is the best! Recently relocated- first time she cut my Luka and she nailed it. Definitely our new groomer. All the groomers at this location are friendly and will take great care of your fur baby.
