Regardless of anything, customer service should always include respect. I was in the store for about 10 minutes waiting for assistance at the fish counter. During that time, I walked around the store trying to find an employee to help me and could not find anyone. I then went to the register, which was not busy, and asked for assistance. The cashier responded, “You’re going to have to wait a minute.” I stayed calm and waited. After that, she told me I could wait “over there,” but that it would still be a minute. At that point, I had already been waiting for 10 minutes in a store that was not busy. My issue is not waiting—it’s the lack of urgency and communication. Customers shouldn’t feel ignored, especially when they are being patient and respectful. I chose not to react negatively and

We got some fish to put into our tank and we worked with Kim! She was so helpful and kind. We go here all the time, but this was the best experience we've had.

About two months ago I adopted a male mouse— at this location one of the employees Deborah, picked him up by his tail. This can dislocate their spine! I am very unsatisfied with the handling of these delicate animals. The mice tank was also EXTREMELY filthy. When I took my baby home I used unscented wipes to get the urine and feces smell off of him, also by putting him in a clean tank. He does not stink anymore. PETSMART DO BETTER.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I have been coming to the grooming salon for well over 5yrs and it’s been a few issues here and there but nothing compares to what I experienced today. My dog was scheduled for a grooming appt at 4pm - the salon called and stated since they had several cancellations we could bring our dog in earlier . Because his rabies vaccination was just updated , I asked would they be able to use documents on my phone instead of paper copy . I was told yes - no problem. We arrived at 2:39pm , was told the email verification would not be acceptable since it didn’t have a date when a date was clear as day . Showed another email of the vaccination record with the vaccination collar we received which has the year 2026 on it . Still wouldn’t accept that- after being on hold

This place is very unprofessional. They called to reschedule my dogs grooming appointment because of the wether. It’s no bad weather and it’s not going to rain until 11pm tonight. She stated they were closing at 2pm because of the rain that will happen at 11pm tonight. She was very nonchalant about it and didn’t care. The whole store not closing but only the grooming salon. This is not the first time they canceled. I’ll be finding a different grooming salon for my baby.
