I normally try to resolve concerns privately before leaving a review, which is what I did in this situation. I brought my puppy Kai to Classy Lassie for grooming and showed photos of the style I wanted — a Teddy Bear cut — and was assured that they could do it. After getting him home and taking a closer look, I noticed the haircut was very uneven and choppy in several areas. Because of that, I brought him back the same day and spoke with the owner, who was very defensive and dismissed my concerns. A few areas were trimmed, but the cut still remained noticeably uneven. Later I also discovered that the hair on the bridge of Kai’s nose had been clipped all the way down to the skin and the area was red and irritated, which was concerning. I made the appointment and explained the issues I had with previous groomers. Lady says "bring photos" and we'll make sure he's taken care of. I arrive, I bring 5 photos and said clear as day "full round face." I pick my dog up in 1 hour...A MESS!! I told her I didn't like it, she attempted to fix it but it's still a mess. He was groomed on November 1st, today is the 7th and he looks like he hasn't been groomed in weeks. Then the lady charged me full price after I left a $25 deposit. I scheduled another appointment for a 2ndchance but I'm so angry right now... I'm done. His face is a disgrace!!!! His body is uneven, nails are a mess, and she bathed and dis this in one hr. Sarge and Enzo have been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly, patient and clearly love the dogs.

Love the ladies over at A Klassie Lassie. They have always taken great care of my boy and pricing is comparable to other groomers. Clean and easy location.

Had an appointment Sept 4 and was canceled for emergency which I understand, things happen. Was rescheduled for 4 pm on the 22. They didn’t and called at 4:30 but got voicemail. Called at 5 pm and no answer again. Called at 5:04 to to say van broke down and wanted to reschedule again. I simple call beforehand for have have been sufficient that they would be late or not coming but not even an answer until after 2 calls.
