I absolutely love Opal and her husband. As a new pet owner it was hard leaving my fur baby Bailey with anyone, but I took a chance with that’s Ruff Pet Hotel in 2022, and 3 years later Bailey is still loving on Opal today. I appreciate their patience and how attentive they are to Bailey. I love the updates of pictures and videos that they send to ensure my baby is safe and well taken care of, and anytime I text to check on him they always respond in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a doggie hotel for their fur babies 💕.

They were incredibly flexible with my schedule and kept me updated the entire time with videos and photos, which meant so much to me. That's Ruff Pet Hotel is God sent. My Goldendoodles home away from home. Opal and Oliver are the best fur baby sitters in McDoungh. They are available they treat him as if he's there own. That means a lot to me. They have been available early morning and extended stay when I need the help. They taught me how to take care of my Goldendoodle. I recommend them for a day or overnight for your fur baby. You will always return.
