I have to give another huge pat on the back to Paws Country Club. They are truly the best of the best! Every visit reminds me just how much love and care this team pours into what they do. From the way they greet each dog at daycare to the skill and gentleness of their groomers, everything about Paws Country Club feels genuine and heartfelt. This visit was extra special because it was Mae-Belle’s first time being groomed by Melody, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Melody is such a sweetheart — patient, kind, and incredibly attentive. Mae-Belle absolutely adores her, which gave me so much peace knowing she was in loving hands. When I picked her up, she looked beautiful, happy, and so at ease — a true reflection of the care Melody put into her groom. I’m beyond grateful for the entire Paws

My babies always come home smelling fresh and feeling loved. The staff is very accommodating getting all three dogs scheduled the same day and even accommodate my 140 lb hairy Great Pyrenees. Would definitely recommend 😊

Baffled. Appalled. Shocked. Enraged. These are the only words to describe what this so-called “groomer” did to my Sheltie. If your dog has a coat you care about, do not take them here. For those unfamiliar, Shetland Sheepdogs have a double coat that must be cared for properly. The dense undercoat provides insulation and must never be cut. The longer outer coat isn’t just cosmetic; it helps shed water, block UV rays, and dissipates heat to keep the dog cool. Only the outer coat should ever be trimmed in a correct groom. This isn’t advanced knowledge. It’s the bare minimum any professional groomer should know. Instead, my dog was given a full buzzcut. The kind of hack job that permanently damages the coat and strips the dog of the very protection nature gave it. This was gross negligence b

We have trusted this groomer with our Shelties before, but both of our dogs were clipped far too short on our most recent visit, one after the other. For Shelties, a double-coated breed, this type of “comb cut” is essentially the same as a shave. It removes the guard hairs along with the undercoat, leaving the coat uniformly buzzed. This is not appropriate for the breed because the coat may grow back patchy, uneven, or sometimes not at all. We were disappointed not only with the cut but also with the business’s response. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the owner minimized it by saying it was not a shave and suggested the coat would be fine. Any experienced groomer should know that Shelties and other double-coated breeds should not be clipped this short without a medical reason or th

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We took our 4 month old standard schnauzer to be groomed and what you see in the pics is what my husband brought home. They refused to refund our money and offered to fix it but how can you fix this. They cut his eyebrows all the way off and if you know anything about a standard schnauzer that is part of their look. The cut on his back is choppy and uneven. Then they tried to insinuate that he may be a terrier mix. They also stated that he was moving a lot and suggested giving him a sedative next time. He's a puppy and this was his first visit to a groomer. I wish they had been honest and said they didn’t know how to do it. This was $70!! Please find another groomer. This place is not it!! Embarrassing!! ............................. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO
