PetSmart

I just the grooming services picking up my dog. I love to bring my dog here to get groomed. Unfortunately this time was not the best. He received a full bath and brush with nail grinding. It usually takes longer than an hour to be completed. This time he was done pretty quick and I can clearly see why… he came out looking almost the same as I took him in. His eyes were not cleaned properly, his doesn’t look like it was dried or brushed properly. His nail grind is not smooth… next time I will definitely not take an earlier appointment unless someone I know does a good job will be taking care of him.

Raheema is amazing! We have 7 English Springer Spaniels with different temperaments! She has groomed all of them!!! We are pleased and so are all of our fur babies!!! We highly recommend her for all of your pet grooming needs. The Pitts Family

Called this morning to get a good time to bring my dogs in for a nail trim,was told 9:30. Bring both dogs in only to be told to come back at 11:30 because the girl that does it will be in at that time. This is the 4th time they have done this and it's unacceptable. The attitude and customer service here is trash. We will never be back. Petco down the street got us in right away and were so sweet and accommodating. One of the groomers there knew exactly why we were so upset because she came from Petsmart, she even knew our baby and she took good care of her. Get it together Petsmart!

This PetSmart location is smaller than some of the others, but it still has all the essentials you need. If you’re coming in for crickets, their crickets are healthy, active, and well cared for. When I checked the cricket bins, they had fresh food and water crystals, which shows they’re properly fed and hydrated. Overall, a solid location that does a good job maintaining their live feeders.

There is a couple of guys here that are super nice, but today I came in and tried to buy something on the clearance rack and a manager would not sell it to me cause "it was supposed to be destroyed and threw in the trash" definitely not a good look for the company! Will be going to petco for now on.
