Not sure who I was interacting with but the lady was super sweet. I gave little instructions on how I wanted my shihpoo groomed all I said was make her cute. They did exactly that. My baby was super adorable and smelled lovely.
Used their services for over 20 years. My pets are comfortable here.

Pam (the owner) is a gentle and loving soul and treats her “guests” as family members. Hazel is always excited to see her and is well-groomed and smelling good when I go pick her up. Your pupper is in great hands with Pam and crew (son Cameron and daughter in love Brooklyn).
