PetSmart Grooming

Booked a certain time and groomer called and asked me to come in earlier. Got here and asked how long and he said 2 to 3 hours. I waited around thinking it would be 2 hours since he called for me to come in early and that they wanted to leave early due to possible weather which is understandable. Called 2 hours and 40 mins in was told they close at 6 and that the time is 3 hours. They would call me back but if they dont call back by 6 to come in. I asked the close time and he said 6pm. I get there at 6:03 and ask for my cat. The guy is still cutting the hair on the same dog as when I dropped my cat off. He told me again it takes 3 hours. I said but ya'll said ya close at 6 and its after 6. He said oh he wasn't aware of the time and to give him a minute. He continued to cut that dog's hair.
