PetSmart

Very frustrating experience. The doors were open, lights and registers were on, and employees were inside. After shopping, I was told the store was not open and only Banfield was operating. There were no signs posted. This could have easily been avoided with clear signage. Rebecca the associate was not very helpful as to why there was no clear signage and did not seem to care that my time had been wasted.

Great selection of animal items. I have a cat and there were a ton of options for food and toys. They have grooming inside and a pet hospital as well. I didn’t use either of those services but they seemed to be smoothly run. They have a reward program so make sure you sign up for that if you have a pet and you’re probably gonna go there more than once.

I knew I did not like it here. Ashley the associate completely yelled at me for trying to grab my online order. Not only that she was rude saying he has a DoorDash or something when it was my product. She was nice to everyone else. It was because I was black. I don’t know. I am complaining to corporate as well. I don’t complain unless customer service is bad. She was so nasty. I won’t be coming here again!!!

I was on my way home from an appointment, but I remembered I needed to pick up some calming spray for my cat. I got to the only checkout line that was open and there was one woman in front of me who was talking to the cashier. The lady had a lot of dog items and both of the women started talking for a really long time and they both knew I was waiting to be checked out. When the lady finally was done, and here's the weird part, they both just looked at me and smiled. And this was after I placed my item in front of the cashier to be rung up. All she did was look at me, so I said you can check me out now. That's when she got mad when I spoke up. I don't know what happened to this store, but after shopping here for over 18 years, their employees service really sucks now. From one line being op

My name is Gloria a couple months ago. I was across the street from PetSmart when my sister‘s dog ran into Joppa Road unfortunately he was hit of course, driver never stopped we ran as fast as we could to PetSmart and they could not have been any nicer and I just wanted to thank you so much for the care you gave Bain and my sister and myself bane is in heaven now my sister got a new fur baby thank you again for your care and thoughtfulness Gloria Davis
