Banfield Pet Hospital

I love the Banfield team at the Towson Puttyhill location they are very nice and attentive. They treat each pet as if they were their own. They know each pet by name as they come in. I bought my cat Glacier to be seen and they asked about my dog Mouse and that was what let me know that they really cared because they remembered my dog and he wasn’t even there.

I’ll be fair. I feel the care my dogs received over the last three years was adequate. I had the wellness plan and followed their schedule for appointments. Outside of that, they rarely answered the phones and the wait times were horrific. Recently I made an online emergency appointment because my dog was vomiting and not eating. As I was pulling into the parking lot I get a call that there was a glitch in their booking application and they could not see her as scheduled. I asked if there was another location that could. He said he didn’t know and that I would need to call and find out. This was the final straw for me. They had no concern for the welfare of my dog or my inconvenience. Anyway, I found an alternate location (on my own) and promptly canceled the wellness plan and o

I was treated extremely poorly by the front staff who acted unprofessional and lied about canceling an appointment I was told was fine. To top it off, if you have issues and want to speak to someone, the vet won't even show their face, they make their staff go back and fourth. Horrible excuse for customer service, I'll never, ever, go back here nor will I recommend it.

Shoutout to Banfield Pet Hospital for being so negligent that they ran the incorrect blood panel and did not screen for cancer on Vess after the ER recommended it the first time. Also, shout out to them because we have their wellness puppy plan (which we did not use over half of because Vess was not neutered yet), and they are still requiring us to finish paying the plan and will not cancel, although he has passed away and they are mostly the cause. -10/10 services, would not recommend

I signed my dog up with them and was greeted by a young African American female. She did not explained the diff plans with me just gave me one to pay more I found out later I did not have to get all that. I told her 3 times to let the Vet know to just give my dog the rabies shot they gave him 2 booster shots also without my permission. Will not be going back there. Tried to cancel contact I have to pay for the whole Year. All they think about is how much money they can get from you… I gave 1 star because they didn’t have zero I also warned all my friends about them.
