PetSmart Grooming

I had one of the most unprofessional and disturbing experiences I’ve ever had with a groomer, Betzy. From the moment she came out, the interaction felt aggressive and dismissive. She did not greet my dog and immediately began the conversation with forming an excuse on why the grooming session could not proceed despite him having all the required vaccines, ultimately canceling it abruptly. I go to PetSmart grooming almost monthly at another location and I’ve never been picky about groomers, but this experience was a stark reminder that pet parents have to be extremely careful who they trust with their animals, even for something as simple as a bath and haircut. She did not appear to be an experienced or a senior-level groomer and so would advise everyone considering grooming here to not ris

I brought my 8 month old Shih Tzu puppies to get groomed. The woman at the counter was combative and not listening to my requests. She insisted that my dog be shaved down my dog, had a few mats that I had cut out and she said that it would not blend and was concerned for her name being put on what she called a ridiculous haircut anyway, I did not wanna argue and said do whatever but please maybe leave her face longer . My dog came out almost skinned . I had to put a sweater on her . The haircut was $100 ok so my other puppy who had a few mats behind her ears I said please leave hair on her . Again DID NOT LISTEN said sure and then my dog was shaved down . I asked for round they were squared looking like a schnauzer cut. So disappointed and dissatisfied. I would never bring them there again

I bring my dog here for nail trimming and bathing all the time and I've always had a great experience! Betzy is incredible and my family trust her with our pup. Betzy always did a great job! She listened to exactly what I wanted. My dog is typically anxious with new people and she warmed up right away with Betzy. She is super accommodating especially when I need to squeeze a trim around the eyes. She knows exactly how I like her hair to be cut and always manages to keep her looking like a teddy bear even when it’s time for her summer haircuts! I'm incredibly grateful.

Horrible people. Never even groomed my dog, but started to ask for more money. Don't feel safe to leave my dog there. Betzy Cordero was super obnoxious by saying that she doesn't care what store manages says because she is the grooming boss. found much better place and so happy did not go to PetSmart grooming!!!

I thought I knew about good and friendly groomers until I met Betsy. What an EXTRAordinary and caring profesional groomer. She not only did the best grooming I’ve ever seen on my golden doodle , and let me say, Charlie O’ used to go to Bow Wow Wow , here in the island , which has a very good reputation for their services. The owner , Alison, was really good and caring with my Charlie O’ . But Betsy’s grooming with my Charlie O’ was way beyond detailed and beautiful. It was nice to see how caring and friendly all groomers are with all pets, not only when receiving them , but also when going in for grooming, taking the time to make sure they are comfortable throughout the grooming time , all pets can be observed through the glass, when they are working on them .
