PetSmart Grooming

I have been taking my dog to this place for over a year, and until today I had never had a bad experience. My dog was always groomed by Amanda, who was absolutely amazing—professional, patient, and caring. Because of her, my dog always allowed the grooming and was well taken care of. This past weekend, I scheduled an appointment specifically with Amanda for today (Monday). When I arrived, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally from the start. They took my dog in for the bath, and shortly after, they brought him back and said they were unable to bathe him. Only after returning my dog did they inform me that Amanda no longer works there and told me I would need to find another place to groom my dog. I literally hate these groomers! I take my dog to get her nails trimmed w/ a luxury bath package, I've done it multiple times and they never trim her nails. That's the whole purpose of me taking her there. I get it because my dog is a squirmer but the aggravation I get afterwards is why I'm done with them! They kept calling me asking to give them another chance and when I do I'm offered 50% off. Ok fine, I'll give them another chance. I take her in and they say her rabies are out dated. I leave and check they are not out dated. I go back again. They say only the team leader will take care of her and she's not in. I take her back again and they say there is no notes on the 50% discount. These groomers suck! Even when I got her hair cut I asked for just a very light trim or to just s

They went above and beyond with my pups... he was not thrilled about getting all 4 paws done so they improvised and sang to him and he then had no problem allowing them to trim his nails. Very Happy, thanks!

Alyssa did an amazing job grooming my lucy!! Thank you for taking such good care of my sweet girl. I'll be back!!
